Well, for anyone who wants to know, the name of the shortstory I mentioned is "Beyond Doubt", it was originally published as being by "Lyle Monroe and Elma Wentz", it was originally Published by Fictioneers, Inc. in 1941, and I found it in the short story collection "Election Day 2084" (Copyright 1984 by Isaac Asimov and Martin H. Greenberg, Published by Prometheus Books, Library of Congress Catalog Card No. 84-42794, ISBN No. 0-87975-258-0 for the hardback, and 0-87975-270-x for the paperback)

sorry, I know I overdo it with info sometimes, but neither the story nor the collection I found it in are very well known, so I figured that I'd go ahead and give all the info I could find so that if someone REALLY wanted to read it they would have a better chance of finding it.

That is awesome that you even looked up the Library of Congress number. I'll have to read that story sometime.

It's not really hard to find any of the info I listed. It's all like on the very first page of just about every book. You just have to read the fine print...

True. But it's still impressive that you listed everything - Library of Congress, ISBN, etc. Very thorough, and it ensures that people will be able to find it.

Weird Al and his band are a LOT more talented than people give them credit for. I like his versions of songs a lot better than the original most of the time.

Yeah, Shini, I've had that happen a lot too.
I honestly wish I had that man's brain.
